Pre-qualified organisations and professionals are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Location Certification of their business premises as part of the FG public & private sector Economic and Financial Ecosystem Experts (EFIX) Agent Ecosystem across Nigeria.
Certified Location
Operate as an officially recognized Financial Inclusion Center within the EFIX Agent Ecosystem—offer aggregator services, on-site ATM card printing, and host certified training hubs for your community.

Who Can Apply for Location Certification?
This opportunity is open to organisations that meet the following qualification requirements:
- Legally registered with CAC or State Cooperatives
- Credit-worthy (clean credit bureau records) with up-to-date tax & business filings
- Ability to provide safe, secure, publicly accessible agent service locations
- Operational and financial capacity to manage & support agent services
Applications are encouraged from:
- Certified members of CIBN, BDSP, ICAN, ANAN, NICA, NBA and similar professional bodies
- Political, Traditional, Business and Religious community leaders
- Trade groups, cooperatives and market associations
- Microfinance institutions, credit and thrift collectors
- Financial cooperatives and development NGOs
- POS/NIN/BVN aggregators and agent managers
Documentation Requirements
- Organisational registration & tax compliance documents
- National Identity and BVN details of key promoters/directors
- Evidence of a well-located, publicly accessible centre (photos & short video) with public convenience and back-up power
- Evidence of no bad credit report from a licensed credit bureau
- Training & Certification of at least one staff in CIBN/SANEF Agency Banking Certification (Foundation)
- Capacity to comply with regulatory and business requirements
Submission Guidelines
- Register your staff/promoter for the CIBN Agency Banking Certification at www.myabc.ng, or upload evidence of existing CIBN/ICAN/ANAN/BDSP professional certification.
- Visit fics.ng/partners to commence your application from the proposed premises.
- Upload the listed company registration and ID documents along with location photos and a short video.
State Coordinator Center
Lead statewide operations—oversee onboarding, training coordination, and quality assurance across certified locations in your state within the EFIX Agent Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- State-wide onboarding coordination and training schedules
- Quality assurance & performance monitoring
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders

Eligibility
- Must be registered as a Certified Location
- At least 1 Professional Member
- Proven capacity for statewide coordination and stakeholder engagement
Documentation Requirements
- CAC/Cooperative registration and tax compliance documents
- National Identity and BVN details of principal officers
- Evidence of office facilities for state coordination (photos & short video)
- Evidence of clean credit bureau report
- At least one staff certified in CIBN/SANEF Agency Banking (Foundation); additional professional certifications are an advantage
Submission Guidelines
- Register staff for CIBN Agency Banking Certification via www.myabc.ng, or provide evidence of existing professional certification.
- Start your State Coordinator EOI via state-coordinator-interest.
- Upload applicable registration, identity and facility evidence (photos & short video).
